"We had to wait a long time to get our room. When we finally did, the washroom was not clean and had a terrible smell, so we requested another room. The staff was helpful in reassigning us to another room. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price paid, but could have been better."

Best Western Premier Hotel Bayonne Etche Ona - Bordeaux
"My room was spacious and clean, and the AC was a blessed relief in the heat. Location was solid for getting around. I can’t say much about the service, as I only interacted with the front desk at check-in and check-out. The desk person always seemed to be in the break room but came out when he heard me out there. No one recognized my BW status at check-in, which I thought was odd given how high mine is. I did have to request an ironing board, and the one he gave me was pretty worn out (iron pad was really messed up)."
